Service, Refund &
Client Engagement Policy

At Regal Grant Consulting, our mission is to provide exceptional, customized grant writing and funding consultation services. We value transparency, efficiency, and accountability in all client interactions. To maintain the quality and integrity of our work, we’ve developed the following policies regarding refunds, service holds, project prioritization, and revision processes.

1. Client Engagement & Work Commencement
 

All services begin promptly after payment is received. Due to the highly tailored and strategic nature of our offerings—ranging from proposal development to grant submission—work on each client’s project begins immediately upon engagement. This includes research, administrative planning, and dedicated staffing, making cancellations and refunds infeasible.
 

2. Refund Policy
 

All Sales Are Final
 

All payments made to Regal Grant Consulting are non-refundable. This includes digital products, consulting services, strategy sessions, workshops, and grant writing packages. Purchases made through our website or in person are not subject to the FTC’s 3-Day Cooling-Off Rule.
 

Partial Refund Exceptions
 

In rare cases, if a project has not progressed due to client inactivity within a 60-day window, and no draft or deliverable has been completed, Regal Grant Consulting may issue a 50% partial refund. This accounts for administrative time, communication, and preparatory work already invested.
 

No Refunds on Promotional Services
 

Services purchased as part of a promotional offer, bundle, or at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 

3. Service Hold & Inactivity Policy


We understand that circumstances change. If a client requests to pause their project or becomes unresponsive, the following protocol applies:
 

  • Clients must confirm their intent to resume services within 5 business days of the hold notice or last correspondence.

  • If no confirmation is received, the project will be automatically closed without refund.

  • Restarting services will require the signing of a new agreement and full repayment of service fees.


This policy helps preserve our scheduling integrity and ensures fairness to all clients in the queue.


4. Revision Policy & Finalization Guidelines
 

Grant Writing Clients (Proposal Only)

  • Clients receive an initial draft and are allotted one round of unlimited revisions for up to 2 business days.

  • After the review window closes, the draft will be finalized.

  • Additional edits requested after finalization will require a paid revision fee.
     

Grant Writing + Submission Clients

  • Clients receive both the grant proposal and application services.

  • Revision requests are accepted for up to 2 business days post-delivery.

  • After this, the document moves to “Ready for Submission,” and our team will proceed with applying.

  • Any edits after this phase will also require a revision fee.


Typos & Formatting Corrections

We will gladly correct minor typos or formatting errors at no cost, even after the review period, provided the core content is unchanged.
 

5. Final Review and Approval Protocol
 

Once revisions are submitted:

  • Clients will receive an email prompting final review.

  • If the client responds with approval or does not respond within 2 business days, the project is marked as finalized.

  • No further changes will be made unless the client submits a new paid revision request.


By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that Regal Grant Consulting does not guarantee funding outcomes, but ensures all applications meet the necessary eligibility and submission standards.


6. Project Prioritization Protocol
 

To maintain consistent workflow and fair delivery timelines, we prioritize projects using the following order:

  1. Overdue Projects – Completed first to minimize delays.

  2. Active Deadlines – Projects with current timelines are addressed next.

  3. New Clients – Onboarded based on their timeline and project complexity.


This structure allows us to efficiently serve both returning and new clients with a high degree of care and attention.


7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
 

By purchasing our services, clients agree to refrain from initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Any unauthorized chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • A $250 administrative fee

  • Potential legal action to recover lost fees and damages


8. Legal Terms & Client Acknowledgment
 

By making a purchase or signing a service agreement with Regal Grant Consulting, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. This includes acknowledging:

  • All work begins immediately upon payment

  • Refunds are not issued except in very limited cases

  • Revision and review windows are time-sensitive

  • Grant approvals are never guaranteed
